Peculiar Nation is a proud parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), one of the largest and fastest-growing Pentecostal churches in the world. RCCG was founded in 1952 with just 12 members, but it has grown into a megachurch with parishes spread across five continents, under the leadership of Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the General Overseer.

In 2004, a new parish of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), called Jesus House was established in Saskatoon under the leadership of Pastor Jide Oyetuga. It was the first RCCG church in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
Peculiar Nation, an offshoot of Jesus House, was inaugurated on October 14, 2012, in Regina. Our first service was held at Glencarin Neighbourhood Center on October 21, 2012, with 10 adults and 5 children, led by our pioneer Pastor Lekan Shaba. The church experienced rapid growth within a few months, holding a single service on Sunday mornings before moving to another location at 1771 Bond Street in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Due to the tremendous growth that God brought upon His church, we decided to build our permanent site, the Peace Sanctuary, in Pilot Butte, where we currently worship. Our community is a vibrant mix of adults, young professionals, young families, and students from both the University of Regina (U of R) and Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Join us as we journey together through the never-ending stories of God’s love and favor in every area of our lives.
Welcome to the Peculiar Nation, where we pronounce His power, pursue His purpose, and proclaim His praise. We are a joyful and loving community.
