Our vision: To raise a church family where everyone from every nation and race can serve God and be the expression of God’s love to the world.
Our mission is to pursue His purpose, pronounce His power, and proclaim His praise.
1. Pursuing His Purpose:
- Apprehended for a cause – Phil 3:12
- There is hope of His calling – Eph 1:18
He has a purpose for choosing us, a reason for our being called – we are saved and chosen for divine agenda – we have a purpose to fulfill, “That ye should shew forth…”– “Chosen to proclaim…” (GNB)
2. Pronouncing His Power: Rom 8:30-33
- His Might (exertion of His authority) is expressed in the one He has called.
- He called us out of something terrible; darkness – oppressions of Satan, depression of the world, the kind that was described in Isa 60:1-2.
- He called us out with power…Rescued us from the dominion of darkness .. Col 1:13, delivered us from the power of darkness. 1 Thess. 2:12. Matt 12:29, Mark 3:27 – “no man can enter a strong man’s house and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house…”
- We are called into something…..”unto the marvelous light of His Son” and nothing could stop His act… Rom 8:33
3. Proclaiming His Praise: “…show forth the praise of Him…” God has praises…. “..The wonderful acts of God” GNB – which our world has denied because of scientific breakthroughs and discoveries. We are called so we “can show others the goodness of God” (NLT). The proclamation that He is the ONLY LIVING GOD, beside Him, there is none.
